Send Personal Email with latest API (v2022-10-17)

Hello,

is there a way to send a single personal email like it is described in this Help Center article, but using the latest API (v2022-10-17)?

At this time, sending emails via our API is not supported, so it’s not possible to send a personal email like in the Help Center Article.
