I’m currently on the $400 a month plan, as I have 75,000 active profiles, however only 13,000 them have been on my website within the past two years.
I’m trying to cut my costs so should I manually deactivate/delete all these older profiles? Is there any reason I shouldn’t do this?

Hi @spiffypaul
Great to hear you have these flows in place - they should really be keeping your Audience profiles clean.
An active profile in Klaviyo is any profile that can be messaged and who are not supressed. So if a profile is supressed it is not counted as Active or towards your profile count for billing.
I highly suggest you put in place the Winback Flow and Sunset Flow to cleanse your database. This will give you the opportunity to potentially re-engage customers and also clean your database automatically (via flow)

Hi Kylie, thanks for replying. I have winback and sunset flows in place, and I am suppressing people, but am I right in thinking this means they are still active profiles? Which means I’ll be paying for them?
Just before you remove these older profiles, have you tried all winback campaigns?
