Hi guys, so I've just realised my sign up form/pop up discount has not being working sence sep 9th, it was working fine for 4 months before that. It says the form is active and wont let me make any changes to the form. I've tried contact customer support via email but that wont work either, it says try again later. Also I'm on there free plan

Since we do not have the exact details of your page or your set up I will assume this is either a styling/code error or you did not install the klaviyo.js to your page.
