Sign up form (popup) not showing up on shopify store

Hi, i don´t know why my Sign up form (popup) is not showing up on shopify store.

I made the integration ok and publish the form. Do i have to do something else?

I have an 2.0 store so i didn´t put de sniped code in the theme liquid. i just activate the integration in the theme settings.

Hi there @Brunno,

Can you confirm that you are attempting to view the signup form on an incognito page with your cookies and cache cleared as well? Troubleshooting these signup form issues can be difficult as there are a lot of variables that might be affecting it. To limit the amount of variables, can you confirm the form behavior is not set to something like “mobile only” and you are trying to view it on a desktop?

Is the form also set to appear once or multiple times?
