How to get the link for SMS Abandon Cart Flow that takes them back to their cart??
All I’ve found online is coding, is this the correct coding for it.. “{{ event.extra.responsive_checkout_url }}“ to put into the text? It then shows up like this when I Preview in the text… “https://klv1.io/0/XXXXXX”
You can use exactly the same dynamic link that you are using for emails in abandoned cart flow, and it is showing like that because you probably checked the option for SMS to shorten all links in SMS, so whatever link you add to SMS will look similar to that
