Hello, I have added the Klayvio reviews to my Shopify site after exporting in from Judge me. On my products page (https://1streliefpro.com/collections/all) some of my products have the stars and the others don’t. How can I update so all have the stars like I did before?

It appears that you have another Shopify app, Judge.me, installed. The ratings displayed on the collection page are coming from Judge.me, while the ratings on the product page are from Klaviyo.
The discrepancy is due to some reviews being on Judge.me and others on Klaviyo.
