Still Have Klaviyo Branding Logo Even Though I'm On A Paid Plan

I’m setting up my Welcome Series, but still have Klayvio’s logo in the footer even though I’m on the paid plan. How can I remove?

(My account is still disabled and waiting to be verified. So unsure if that’s the issue or not).

Once your paid account has been verified, you should have all Klaviyo branding automatically disabled.
