Subscribe popup submissions not displaying properly

Hello,

I have created a subscribe popup which only shows one submission. However, my profile list is growing and many of the new profiles show the subscribe popup as source.
Why is the popup list not showing these profiles in sign up forms?

Hello @Cruelty-Free Babe You have the double opt-in enabled in the form. So if someone does not confirm their email address they won’t be added to the list but there profile will still be available under profiles.

Hey, thank you so much for your response!
I checked to see if double opt in is selected under the list settings, and it’s not. Am I missing something?
