To avoid functionality disruptions, disable the following plugins: WP Rocket.

I have install and setup of wp rocket but klaviyo disconnected and now saying to disable WP Rocket to use Klaviyo. Is klaviyo not ok with wp rocket? Can we not use it? Here is the link: https://ibb.co/LNLVxKQ

I’ve got this issue too.

 

I found this article (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4515829067803) which suggests that WP Rocket only requires disabling during the integration setup process.

If the problem persists I would suggest taking a look at this article (https://community.klaviyo.com/integrations-and-reviews-39/why-aren-t-onsite-tracking-and-signup-forms-working-woocommerce-811) to help fix it.

Any chance we can get an official article from Klayvio on the WP rocket error displayed?

It’s seems incredibly daunting for anyone to turn off their caching plugin for Klayvio setup. How are our users affected during the period of the plugin being disabled?
