Im trying to create a welcoming series email flow which tracks customer engagement and later on filters them out in different lists based on that score. Flow is triggered by adding profile to the list, that profile gets assigned with engagement_score property and each time profile opens the email we increase it by 5 and each time profile clicks the link in the email he gets +5. Later on we do a conditional split based on that score and add them to different lists
I can’t find anything similar on yt or anywhere, so i have a few questions:
Is something like this possible to make with klaviyo?
If not what are some other solutions that people use to quallify leads that they get in their wellcome series?
