Hi ! We want to start using klayvio to send emails once an order has been shipped to our customers with tracking numbers - we use 3 different shipping platform DPD, FEDEX and DHL. Is there a way we can integrate these or pull our tracking information from the 3 sources into klayvio ?

Do you first mind sharing what your integration is?
Additionally, when you integrate your shipping platform into Klaviyo, the metrics for Order Shipped, Delivered, Missed Delivery, etc, can flow into Klaviyo and be used to trigger your notification emails from Klaviyo.
Let me double check that multiple shipping integrations wouldn’t be a problem.
