Hi there

Can I have two sigup forms on the the same website and to the same list - but with two difference welcome flow?

You absolutely can have two signup forms on the same website linked to the same list but sent different welcome flows! I’ve previously provided some additional resources on this in the Community post below:

Both @Bobi N. and @retention have explained this strategy really well in the first two post linked in the topic above.
