I want to update custom properties by asking a question in an email and ask information through links or buttons. Is it possible to ask more than one question in the email? For example, ask 2 to 3 questions and update properties through buttons

Great question. You can create buttons out of images, but once they click a button, they’ll be taken out of the email. So if you have multiple questions, they’ll need to keep coming back.
What about creating a custom update preferences page with the questions you’d like to ask? OR Klaviyo has a great integration with a service called TypeForm (great for collection survey responses and updating it to the subscribers profile).
