Viewed product not working with magento 2

i’m working on a magento 2 site, that is migrated from magento 1, after the migration klaviyo plugin was installed but it never reported viewed products tracking only active on site and placed order tracking, started checkout was triggered only once a week ago, i’m sure the integration is done right also the sync, what should be my next move?

Welcome to the Community.

The Klaviyo Extension should automatically add web tracking and viewed product tracking to your Magento store so you really shouldn't have to add the snippet anywhere else. I would first check to see if the integration is up to date and can you confirm it is successfully synced. If updating the extension version doesn't work, we can escalate this issue to the integrations specialist.

Can you please provide screenshots of the Klaviyo extension installed through your admin dashboard? I would appreciate screenshots showing the two screens found in our installation guide.
