VIP and 'almost' VIP

Hello everyone! It's my first message here :)

I'm going crazy with creating an audience, that is, almost VIP customers.

I start from the VIPs to give a reference:

Are those customers who have bought at least 4 times or have spent more than 200€

The 'quai' Vip therefore would be those who have spent 3 times or have spent from 190 to 199€

I can't find the correct method to set up the Revenue.

If I enter - at least 190€ - I get the audience that has spent maybe even 230€ (for example) but this customer is a Vip not an 'almost' VIP.

I can't find a solution, not even from the assistance they seem to understand my need ...

Can you help me?

Hi @Andrea! I don’t think what you’re looking for can be accomplished in one fell swoop, but it is possible if I’m understanding correctly. Because there is no “between” parameter for Order Value, here’s how I would approach this.

Assuming your VIPs stay VIPs once they qualify, I would add them to their own list you can then use as an exclusion for your Almost VIPs.

Your conditions would then be:

  • Fulfilled order value is at least €189 over all time AND
  • Placed order equals 3 over all time AND
  • Someone is not in your VIP list

Let me know if that helps!

Hey @Andrea

First of all, welcome to the Klaviyo community and thank you for posting your question here

Here is how you would include revenue in a segment and below is the segment for Almost VIP

Below is the definition of VIP segment as per your definition

I hope this helps

Cheers

Hello.

You can try

  • someone placed an order equals 3 times

AND

  • fulfilled order value is at least 190

AND

  • fulfilled order value is at least 199

Thanks but if I put AND placed order is at least 3 - it includes those who have made 3 orders and spent between 189 and 200€. But it must also include those who with only one order have reached for example 190€.

And if I put O placed order is at least 3 - it includes those who have made 3 orders but maybe they have spent € 300 and so this is not good either.

It's really difficult

Andrew

@Andrea why don’t you try the following? Seems simple enough, so i do not know what am i missing.

You can try

  • someone placed an order equals 3 times

OR

  • fulfilled order value is at least 190

AND

  • fulfilled order value is at least 199

So you will have a profile with 3 orders OR spent between 190 and 199. Does that work for you?

Hi! I tried but it doesn't work. Because it also takes those who have placed more than 3 orders ...

Is at least it also includes those who have made so many small orders... So it still falls into the VIPs...

A nightmare
