Vip Personal shopper campaign

Hi. I have been working with the cyber Month Content calendar. On there it talks about creating and sending a VIP personal shopper campaign. I have searched the website and am not sure what this is exactly and if there is a flow or special want to off them suggestions etc based on their shopping habits. Can anyone give me advice or direct me to articles or videos to learn more about this?

hI @Tracy the glove gal here is a help article on creating a VIP list: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000407272-Create-Customer-Engagement-Tiers#high-rollers0

Once that is done, you can then create flows for them (there are VIP ideas in the flows section) as well as send special emails out to them based on what you want to send.
