We have good open rate but conditional who opened email is filtering to no.

We have good open rate but conditional who opened email is filtering to no. It is directing all leads to no condition.

the problem here is that you added the conditional split right after the email. So when email is sent out immediately after this split checks if those people opened it and people always need some time to open.

What you need to do is add the time delay before this split instead of adding it after it..
