I want to create a Pop-up like this, where the Input Fields change based on which multiple choice question you choose. ie. Homeowner (no questions) PRO (Questions appear) However I can not find any conditional formatting options.

Hey @DanielCP

This is a good question but Klaviyo's native pop-up builder doesn't support this kind of conditional field logic. There's no way inside the drag and drop form editor to show or hide an input field based on what someone picked in an earlier question.

the closest you can go in klaviyo is to ask the Homeowner vs PRO question with radio buttons, collect the email, and instead of branching inside the form, branch after signup. Set a custom property (something like account_type) on submit, then use a conditional split in your welcome flow so PRO subscribers land on a path that asks the extra qualifying questions over email, while Homeowners skip straight to your regular welcome content. This stays fully inside Klaviyo, no custom code, no ongoing maintenance.

I hope this helps and thank you for asking your question here in the community

Cheers
