What heatmap tool are you guys using for emails?
Which email monitoring, placement and insights tool have you guys used that you recommend? basically i want to know the placement of our emails on ESP, if its promotions, primary or spam.

We are not using any tools at this point, when we want to track activity we add link extensions to follow this actions.. here is example of extention im talking about /?=image-header /?=image-logo /?=button and than we just check link activity.. i know this is not ideal but it works for us..
