Thanks for the follow up! 

 

Is it possible that this email address is already associated with an existing Klaviyo account that has been disabled? If so, I would recommend reaching out to our awesome Support team  to remove access to the disabled account so you can log into any other accounts you might be associated with our a new account you want to open.
