Why are all statistics 0 in my Welcome Flow?

Hello,

I am new to Klaviyoo. I created a welcome flow, but I cannot see the statistics in my flow. I can only see that one person has opened it, all other statistics are 0.

I cannot find a reason why this is happening.

Hello! How recently did you turn on this flow? It is possible it needs more time or sends to start showing data.

I would also suggest making sure that your signup form is directed to same list that is triggering the welcome flow. If customers are signing up, then they should trigger the flow if it set to the same list.
