Why can't I change my organizational prefix?
Hello, I can’t change my organizational prefix for some reason. It doesn't let me click in the text box. What should I do?

Do you happen to be on the free SMS plan? Currently, only accounts that have a paid SMS plan are able to edit their organizational prefix.
