Why isn't my 'create form' button responding?

I’m trying to set up an email subscription embed. Every time I click “create form” nothing happens. Absolutely zero response. I have exited out of all my tabs, restarted my computer, cleared my cache/data/cookies. Nothing is working. What gives?

Great job pursuing troubleshooting avenues like clearing your cache/cookies and restarting your computer! In my experience, trying these additional troubleshooting solutions tends to solve the issue:

Try logging in with a different browser via an Incognito window.
Make sure no browser extensions/pop up blockers/firewalls that could be interfering with Klaviyo as well
