Why my flow is not working?

Hi there, I have created some flows for review requests and browse recovery flow, they are not working as expected. It has been over 90 days now and no result. Please advise me on the issue to fix it accordingly.

Have you checked your Viewed Product metric? I don’t see any problem in this setup except if the Viewed Product metric is now installed or not working for some reason. In that case you will need to fix the metric and then the flow will start working. The metric should report data to be able to trigger the flow..
