SMS link STOP not working

hi,

The STOP link at the end of my SMS campaign isn’t working. it’s not redirecting to an ‘unsubscribe’ page. can you help please?

    Apologies for the delay here - this is most likely happening because you aren’t previewing under a specific profile - if you input your test profile here, then the link should work as expected in the preview: 

    With all of this said, the link will work as expected for a live send!

    Hey ​@maison by martina,

    Would you mind sending over a screenshot of what your SMS message looks like, and what happens when you click the unsubscribe link? That’ll help us better determine what’s going on.

    Also, is this issue happening after actually sending out a campaign, or only when editing and previewing? It is expected that the unsubscribe link won’t work in previews.

    Definitely want to help get to the bottom of this issue as soon as possible!

    Hello, 

    Thanks for the response!

    Here’s a screenshot of the end of the SMS message. When I click on the STOP link, it says there’s an error (second screenshot). It happens on the Preview mode. I haven’t tried to actually send it out as was afraid this link didn’t work?
