🎤 Introducing Community Town Halls! Here's why we're bringing them to you.

Klaviyo is always evolving, and we know it can be a lot to keep up with. Between new features, product updates, and everything else on your to-do list, finding the time to figure out what's new (let alone how to use it!) isn't always easy.

That's why we're introducing Community Town Halls, a new way to connect directly with the people building Klaviyo and get more out of the tools you're already using.

The idea is simple: We'll bring the product team to you. You bring your questions.

Unlike a typical product announcement or webinar, these sessions are designed around what you want to understand and accomplish. We'll walk through recent releases, show you what's possible with live demos, share practical advice for getting started, and make time for your questions.

We also want you to help shape the conversation. Before each Town Hall, you'll have a chance to tell us which features you're curious about, what you'd like explained, or even what you'd like to see demonstrated.

Our goal? To make sure you don't just hear about new features, but actually feel confident putting them to work.

And we're kicking things off on October 22! 🎉

For our very first Town Hall, we're diving into the latest Klaviyo releases, including Composer, new personalization capabilities, Klaviyo Social, and Customer Agent.

We hope this becomes a place where you can stay in the know, learn something useful, and get answers straight from the source, alongside other marketers figuring it all out, too.

Because the Community shouldn't just be where you go when you have a question. It should also be where you discover what's possible next.

About the Q4 2026 Town Hall

30+ new features, a whole lot of possibilities, and probably a few questions. 👀

With Composer now generally available and new updates across personalization, Klaviyo Social, and Customer Agent, there's plenty to explore. But we know the real question is: What can I actually do with all this new stuff?

That's where our next Community Town Hall comes in!

On Thursday, October 22, from 4–5 PM ET, we're bringing Klaviyo's product managers together for live demos, practical tips, and a Q&A where you help shape the conversation.

And we'd love to hear what you want to see!

1. Save your spot! Register on the Community event page to join us live on October 22.
2. Catch up on what's new. Take a look at our latest product release roundup to see what's new in Composer, Klaviyo Data Platform, and beyond.
3. Come back here and tell us what you want to know! Drop a comment below with a question you'd love our product managers to answer or a Composer prompt you'd like to see demonstrated live.

• Curious about a feature? Ask how it works, when you'd use it, or where to start.

• Want to see Composer tackle a real task? Share something you'd normally spend time doing, like analyzing campaign performance, building an audience, or planning your next campaign.

• Wondering what's possible? Tell us what you're trying to accomplish, and we'll see what the product team can show you.

We'll use your submissions to help shape the live demos and Q&A. We may not get to every question, but we'll do our best to cover the topics you're most curious about.
