Email Flow Benchmarks

Hello,

I’m putting together a flow audit for a client and have been using the Klaviyo benchmarks tool to compare our flows with the median.

However, the comparison benchmarks only display for Welcome Flows, Browse Abandonment Flows, Abandoned Cart Flows and Thank You Flows.

I’m looking for benchmarks for the following flows:

  • Post-purchase
  • Product reviews
  • Loyalty rewards
  • Winback
  • Sunset

Can anyone point me in the right direction for these? I’d really like to show my client how they’re tracking in comparison to others in the same industry.

In the past you could do this but looks like this has indeed changed. If you're a Klaviyo partner you might try the Partner Growth Review tool. Not sure if I can't help you further but this is indeed a great suggestion for product improvement @Taylor Tarpley
