Sales not attributed to email sends

I see OK thanks @Bobi N. , after checking the user activity, it seems that he/she did not click or open the email but made a purchase directly from the site, thanks for helping to answer the concern!

Is it possible to segment customers based on their lifetime value of a calendar year?

Hi @Darren C  Will this work for what you want? Create a VIP segment with minimum spend over past 365 days (or between dates) then create a VIP flow that triggers when a contact is added to that segment. Regards Andy     Ah I see okay I think that would work, instead of CLV the revenue can be used as a deciding factor as well, thanks so much!

Is it possible to automatically remove someone from a list after they complete a Flow?

Hi @Darren C  Thank you for posting your question in the community. Unfortunately, there is not a way to remove someone via a flow step from a status list.  The following resource outlines the available methods of removing someone from a list: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407853491483 However, rather than a static list, if you were using a profile property to create segments, you can use a flow step to remove a profile property value. Order Rate Formula Calculation

Hi @Darren C  It’s the number of unique orders placed following a message (Email or SMS) within the channel’s attribution window, divided by the number of unique recipients of that message  x100 eg (100 unique orders placed / 1000 unique recipients) x 100  = 10% placed order rate. Note though that Klaviyo’s placed order stats aren’t always reliable with respect to message performance. For example, if you have a customer recurring subscription model, the placed order rate will be inflated: those recurring subscription orders will be attributed to the message if they fall withing the attribution window whether they open or clicked on it!  More info on attribution window here. If you look at the screenshot, this is the template that I clicked.And this is the thing that popped out:  And if you see the flow, the flow template setup is like this when i opened it up without doing any edits: Do correct me if I’m wrong? @In the Inbox, in this case does that mean the abandoned cart template provided by Klaviyo is not accurate? As the flow filter was already preset when I created the flow:
