Help with changing link colour

Hello @whitedaisyuk - welcome to the community!There are two options where the color of a hyperlink can be adjusted. One option is your brand settings and the second option is in the template email builder. How to test replenishment flow dynamic discount code?

Hello @topgummy Welcome to the Community!Yes, there is a way to test each component of your flow such as, the timing, coupon generation, and expiration, without waiting for 20-day period or without making a purchase. Outlined below is a step by step approach to ensure everything is working as you intended.  Adjust the trigger for testing: Since your flow is normally triggered 20 days after a purchase, you'll need to create a test that would mimic this behavior without waiting the actual 20 days. You can adjust the flow's trigger temporarily for testing purposes. Create a manual list: Set up a manual list in Klaviyo with those who will be testing the flow.  Navigate to the Lists & Segments page in your Klaviyo dashboard. Click on the 'Create List / Segment' button. Choose 'List' and give it a name, such as “Test List for Post-Purchase Flow.” Save the list. Adjust the flow for testing:  Go to the Flows section in Klaviyo. Select the specific flow you want to test. Click on Edit

What is the best strategy to follow once a profile adds to cart but doesn't purchase?

Hello,@JessFosnough, that’s a wonderful idea! I love the idea of a conditional split of the flow with an offer! @Lara Khoury another approach could be to create a segment based on this particular profile, I am sure you have other customers who share similar behavior. For example, segment customers who added products to cart, has been through the abandoned cart flow but yet to make a purchase. You could then target this group with a single campaign including an offer or create a specific flow for them. Pausing new leads from flow

This filter can exclude individuals from entering the flow based on criteria such as their activity status within the specified segment or list. How to send a coupon to someone on their birthday?

Hi @Browns,In addition to Taylor’s documentation, I also wanted to include this helpful documentation which outlines how to add link that will automatically apply a coupon code to a Shopify cart, with this in place the customer does not need to enter the code themselves.
