Whom should I talk to about our account disabled?

Thanks for posting to the Community. It appears there has been something that may have flagged our Compliance to disable your account. To resolve this issue, you would have to go through support as we at the Community cannot go into your account to resolve these types of issues. If you ever have any questions surrounding your account or it’s manual review process, I suggest following-up in the email thread sent to you by our Compliance team. Para hacer algo como esto, puedes crear un nuevo formulario y dirigirte a la sección "Segmentación y Comportamiento" para seleccionar los criterios adecuados. Puedes configurar esto para una lista específica o un perfil existente, lo que te permitirá establecer criterios para incluir solo a las personas que se encuentren en tu base de datos. Luego, deberás agregar un bloque de texto, y dentro de ese bloque, podrás añadir una imagen o un enlace que redireccione al enlace de descarga que proporcionas.

how to remove business address from emails

You would need to segregate the data by creating a segment and selecting emails which contain for example gmail.com, outlook.com etc this would filter out the business emails and you could send this out to the rest of the people, if you have a massive list you can add this within your flow as well. For example:Flow:Segments:

Order Confirmation: How to add a link to a specific product page

You can just add a text element and then upload an image and then within the image select the image and press on the add URL button, once this is done you will be able to get the desired goal.Example: If this doesn’t work then, I’m pretty sure we can edit the source code in the </> button and manually add the relevant HTML element to redirect this image to the relevant link, let me know how this goes.

You could use this workaround, I found you will add the text to the bottom of the screen and push padding so it hovers in the top left and to use spaces you use invisible characters as it will go to a new line if you don’t however the downside this only works for every thing apart from Full Pages, in regards to copying the background you will need to use an image splitter which will spit out 2 images and in styles put the background inside form background and one inside your right image.Image splitter website: https://splitter.imageonline.co/Here is a video on how to put the Privacy & Terms on the top left however the downside is this isn’t responsive for mobile:https://www.veed.io/view/a1bf59a1-666e-423b-af14-adf7f72df614?sharingWidget=true&panel=Invisible Character website: https://www.editpad.org/tool/invisible-characterThis is how I found out, how to do this.

Assign URL to custom form

The best option would be to use the embed form on your website. You would want to create a new page within your site and edit the HTML in the backend and add the embed link. This can be found when you press publish in the form editor and you would also want to add the embed link for the form which can be found in Targeting and Behavior.Once this is added within your site, share the link to the relevant peopleHere is create tutorial on Klaviyo on how to accomplish this depending on what platform you are using:https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006897412

Numbered list and hyperlinks overiding text formatting

Actually, I found a workaround on how to edit the number list text style, you would first need to press the text and then open inspect element and select the element OL element on the editor and edit that specific element to the style you want using inline HTML and CSS and once this is completed you would need to adjust the text in the editor by adding a space or a letter which overrides this within the page and press publish and update the URLs on your site, once this is completed you have successfully updated the numbered list style.For you would want to add the relevant fonts and styling within that element to match the text.I did an example here for coloring here is the video and tested this on a Sandbox site:https://streamable.com/vkgqnv

The simplest workaround would be to remove the numbered list and add the numbers with the appropriate styling, using spaces instead to match what the numbered list are doing. In the old editor, you could go to styles and override this HTML element; however, my research didn't yield any results beyond this article, and I wasn't able to replicate the author's findings.Hopefully, somebody here would be able to confirm if this is a limitation with Klaviyo.

Switch List of a Sign-Up Form

You can find this by first clicking on the Submit/Continue buttons on the UI Editor and once you click on that on the sidebar those options will appear, if you need help provide a screenshot of your UI Editor and I can teach you where to go.Here is an image to help you out: Let me know if you have any other questions.
