How to create sign up form with URL only

Hi @Louise, thanks for your question.So to understand correctly, you want people to click on a link and the sign up form opens on a separate page? Yes, this is possible. Go to your list, then click on ‘subscribe and preferences pages’. there is an option to customise  a subscribe page for your brand. The url to use is on the ‘edit’ section. Hope that helps, and i’ve understood correctly. Victoria

Sign-up Forms with Segments

Hi @Muhammad , Thanks for your question. For this, I would use links that update select profile properties. See this article here for how to create these links. So the process would be:Customer clicks link in email eg. “Cake Recipes”Customer profile is updated with Property=CakeSet up a segment for Property=CakeTrigger a flow, or use dynamic content for anyone with Property=Cake  Hope that helps! Victoria

how to limit our campaign to be sent to specific number of the users.

Hi @Uday Thanks for sharing your question with us.You could use the ‘gradual send’ feature to send to a small % of your database every hour. details here If that solution doesn’t suit your requirements, you could take a sample of your list for every send/day (ensuring you don’t send to people who have already received the email).  Info on list sampling hereThis might be a bit time consuming based on the size of your list, but if this is something that you will encounter regularly, building the ‘100’ segments might be beneficial in the long run. Hope this helps Victoria

Multilanguage flows

Hi @GyteStaine ,Thanks for your question. I do run different language campaigns in on Klaviyo account based on country but that wouldn’t help you if its a bilingual store. A couple of options you could try:On sign up & in a preference centre, can you ask which language they would prefer the emails to be sent in? For example, you can save ‘French’, then all future emails in the flows present french creative/copy. 2. I’m not sure how your store is set up, but can you capture a ‘shopify tag’ for the language the customer is viewing the website in? Is it legal to ask our subscribers to drag our mails from promotion tab to primary section?

Hi Danny,Great question. I’m assuming you are talking about the dreaded ‘promotions’ tab in gmail? Yes, you can ask your customers to whitelist you, and request they move you to the primary tab. This isn’t illegal, but for your customers to do this, I would advise to clearly explain the benefits of doing this, think ‘what’s in it for them’.There’s lots of other ways to improve deliverability too, this is a great article to cover the majority of bases.Personalising your emails can help deliverability/open rate. Segmentation is also key to make sure you are sending the right content to your target audience.  Hope that helpsVic

Hey @Sineadkill welcome to the community.Yes, this is possible. When you are editing the form, you have 2 options ‘display’ and ‘targeting’. select targeting and select ‘don’t show to existing Klaviyo profiles’  Hope that helps Victoria

Hi @sofiacsousa, I love this question and can’t wait to hear other people’s opinions. I have recently had this conversation with a brand who wasn’t convinced about email marketing, but the proof is in the results and data. Email drives a significant amount of revenue and traffic, and can support sales across and deeper into your product catalogue. Another thought is permissions… Customers who don’t want to hear from you, won’t sign up to your mailing list (email or SMS).  As long as you are sending quality content, then a subscriber is going to be generally interested in your mailing. The rise of Substack as a way to consume media is also really interesting. It’s all email based and a way for content creators to reach directly to someone and not get lost in Meta algorithm.  I think the days of signing up to millions of emails/sms has gone, which is why we as marketers need to ensure we only send quality content that is reflective of the brand that someone actually will open, read and c

Hi Everyone, I am Vic, working at an agency Unified as their email marketing consultant.  Prior to this I was a Marketing Director in the Beauty, Interior and Men’s Fashion industries. I also support startups to get onto Klaviyo, make the most out of the platform and troubleshoot any issues they may be having.I have been working with the Klaviyo platform for over 4 years mainly on email but now incorporating sms too. I love brand story telling and driving customer engagement.  In non-klaviyo news, I have 2 cats who always jump onto work calls, and a 6 year old. Vic x
