Trigger filter not working

Hey @Thefinerdetailbykim, If you’re using Shopify, I recommend using the ProductID filter. Using ProductName works, but if the product name ever changes in the future, even just a minor edit, the flow filter will stop working.The ProductID can be found in the back-end of the Shopify product page. It’s the very last assortment of numbers in the URL, should look something like 7880268742834.Or, if you’re on Windows, you can also find the ProductID by going to the live product page and following these steps:→ crtl+u→ ctrl+f→ search productid→ hit the enter key until you find a string of numbers.Good luck! How is the iOS 15 update going to affect Klaviyo's open rate/activity tracking?

Certainly interested in keeping up with this thread as well.Is @Empire Protege correct in his assessment that the update will directly affect revenue reporting? (Great analysis, by the way!) If so, how are partners going to be able to keep clients using Klaviyo and prove that our marketing efforts are worth clients’ investment in our services if sales aren’t being reflected in the Klaviyo dashboard? My first thought would be to refer to Google Analytics tracking, but there is always a discrepancy.

Poll: Browse Abandonment Flow?

Great idea @Spark Bridge Digital LLC, we do something similar for certain clients as well   Works great!Figured I’d take a moment to share some Browse Abandonment strategies that work for us:We like to split the flow based on numbers of orders placed so we can send potential repeat customers appropriate messaging.   We also widen the flow filter of ‘Don’t send if customer ordered product in the last x days’ for certain clients based on how frequently customers purchase certain SKUs. For example, when customers purchase high-ticket items, we generally find that customers will frequently check back to the product page for more information sometimes months after they purchase. So let’s say if on average a customer will purchase the same or similar SKU every 180 days, we don’t want Browse Abandonment to trigger if they view the product 45 days after purchase.   If the client has a low amount of SKUs, we split up the flow using Trigger Filters of “Viewed Product where ProductID=x”. What's the difference between Subscribe to List and Accepts Marketing?

Hey Kellen, great question! I can’t think of a way to ensure that only one item does not show in the Replenishment Reminder email, but there is a way to ensure that a Replenishment Reminder email does not send to customers who had that free item in that specific order.Option 1: Seeing as the Replenishment Reminder flow is triggered by ‘Placed Order’, and ‘Ordered Product’ is a separate event triggered seconds after ‘Placed Order’, I would think that adding an Additional Filter to the Replenishment Reminder email would do the trick.The filter setup would be ‘What someone has done or not done’ → ‘Ordered Product’ → where ‘Variant Name’ equals [Variant Name] → ‘Zero times’ → ‘Since starting this flow’. Here’s a screenshot if you’re more visual like me. This would prevent sending customers from receiving a replenishment reminder email for that one order entirely.Option 2: An easier way could be utilizing Shopify by deselecting ‘Continue selling when out of stock’ for that specific variant
