Can I change the default setting of "buy now" button.

hooray!! It worked!  Just click on the “>”. next to the static product you’ve selected and you can edit the ‘buy now’ text button to anything you like:   any updates on this? Every time I change the product in a saved block I have to change the text for each one’s button.  We sell classes so i want it to default to “sign up”

Thanks @bluesnapper Using the flow to add folks to the age group is what I think I was missing. Testing it now.

Product Feeds Major Bug with Shopify

This is an old thread, but I had the same issue and found a better workaround. At least for my store.   If you uncheck “track quantity”, but check off “continue selling when out of stock”, Klaviyo will update the status to Published the next time you refresh the feed. Apparently it only leaves products unpublished when both boxes are unchecked.   I think this is a more elegant solution than applying a manual store-wide exception on the Klaviyo back end. If you aren’t tracking inventory in Shopify for a product, the concept of selling when out of stock is moot anyway.  Thanks so much for this. Was exactly what I was looking for.

Dynamic Products not showing in Abandoned Cart

I have a similar question. We sell classes which we use a 3rd party app to “book” for people. So we do not track inventory for those products. One class is showing as published and in our feed. But none of the others show even though the inventory setting are the same.   Can I do an override so they show as published in Klaviyo?

Resending campaigns to people that didn't open: recommended or not?F.A.Q.

This is great. However when sending information for an event that the recipient has signed up for, it’s important that we re-send to account for people who are just dealing with a load of daily messages in their inbox (we are sending to C-Suite types). And today I realised the “did not open” isn’t a helpful criteria as if they use iOS and haven’t opted in for tracking, theirs would have been market as open. It’s a significant gap where many in the audience use Apple. Yes this is an issue. We work with busy parents many of whom need to see an email more than once. We get a jump in sales when we resend

PLEASE offer this!! Constant Contact offers this feature and we used it ALL the time.

Is there a way to change the product image shown in a dynamic table?

I would like the option to choose which image shows as well for all product blocks. I know some other emails services have this feature. I’ve used it in Constant Contact.

How can I align my images in a dynamic product block?

I REALLY need this ability as well, as all my products have names that vary greatly. If the image could just align to the top of each row, that would handle it.

Can't send my campaign 'Possible Email Content Issues'

Having this issue too and as far as I can tell there are no blocks with content I have NOT edited to that is blank. Pretty frustrating because now I’m worried I’m missing something. Constant contact has a similar error check but indicates which block has the error. Would love to see that implemented in Klaviyo.
