ShipBob Tracking number

Hi Stephen, Thanks for getting back to me. I still have not got a resolution but I’m beginning to suspect that the issue is with the Shipbob API not passing the Event information to Klaviyo. Thanks for the compliment, Stephen! I’ll keep you posted on progress just as soon as I hear back from the ShipBob team. As regards my proficency with Klaviyo, I think I have only begun to scratch the surface. I now need to understand flows, the infinite permutations/timimg stratagies of same and the psychology behind effective email marketing. It could be a long journey :-) Eamonn

Dynamic tag for woo commerce tracking information

I can only imagine the tens of thousands of hours WooCommerce shop owners like me have wasted trying to find a solution to the issue of Klaviyo NOT taking down order tracking information from WooCommerce. All the bullshit that I read before becoming a Klaviyo paid customer led me to believe that the Klaviyo/WooCommerce API would magically download all the information that I was ever likely to need for incorporating into my email templates. How wrong I was! The single most important email that a customer wants to receive is the email containing the Tracking number and link url. Yet, not only is this not available in Klaviyo (but is in WooCommerce!) but Klaviyo hasn’t the decency nor transparency to make this fact easy to find on the website. Maybe, I’ve got this all wrong and I am the ONLY ecommerce merchant in the world that needs to send shipping tracking data to customers using while WooCommerce and Klaviyo. Somehow, I doubt it…. So here are a few questions that I would appriciate an

Dynamic tag for woo commerce tracking information

I am trying to include the tracking information in my shipping confirmation emails. however i cannot find a dynamic tag anywhere. Can you please provide a dynamic tag for the tracking number after an order is completed in woo commerce. Hey @Eamonn, We typically suggest using AfterShip or ShipStation to bring these data points over as we have a direct integration with these two softwares/tools but you would not be limited to just those two. In fact, a number of other third-party tools and developers have created their own connection to Klaviyo which you can find in our Integration Directory including Wonderment, Narvar, and ShipBob to name a few. Even if your preferred shipping tool does not have an available integration with Klaviyo I’ve seen other members leverage tools like Zapier to connect their third-party tools to Klaviyo in a seamless manner to accomplish their goal.  David  Hi David,I have tried tham ALL and none of them can pass the tracking data to Klavio. Or in other words, Klaviyo cannot ingest tracking data from woocommerce……. Given the total run around that I have got from Klaviyo on the matter of tracking numbers I probably will not be a ‘community member’ much longer, never mind a paying customer.

ShipBob Tracking number

Hi Bella,Sadly and surprisingly Klaviyo support was next to useless in relation to this matter. They advertise on their website that they fully integrate with ShipBob but on the ONE function that really matters (tracking data) they do not. Furthermore, my overall impression of Klaviyo support is that their responses appear to be focused on giving the perception that they are engaging with you to solve the issue but in reality, it seems like is about optics, not finding a solution.I have had to pay to external Klaviyo partners which both were equally useless and in the end I managed to find a workaround myself by using Zapier. Zapier should not be necessary as all it does is take information in the Woocommerce database and passes this to Klaviyo. Klaviyo maintain the ShipBob/Klaviyo API was not written by them so they have no control over how it functions. My question to Klaviyo, which still remains unanswered, is why can the company simply write their own API. Its not rocket science. E

Klaviyo not recognizing Placed Order in Woocommerce

Basically remove the whole integration and add it again from scratch!  Hi Suzanka, Could you point me towards any documentation that would guide me through the process of removing and reinstalling the integration? Is it carried out from the Klaviyo or WooCommerce platform? Below is an image of the information that I am missing from every client. Thank you in advance. Eamonn

Klaviyo not recognizing Placed Order in Woocommerce

Hey @Eamonn, You can learn how to remove an integration from our Disable or Remove a Klaviyo-Built Integration Help Center article. Since it seems like you’re on WooCommerce, I would advise following the instructions in our Getting started with WooCommerce Help Center article to reintegrate.  David Thank you David for your suggestion. I deactivated the Klaviyo plug-in in WooCommerce, reactivated it and followed the ‘connection with Klaviyo’ instructions. However, it made no difference even though Klaviyo re-imported the last ninety days of data from WooCommerce. I have had lots of Placed Orders and have delivered product to customers in the last two weeks since we launched. None of this activity has been imported by Klaviyo.  This can be seen below; Any further suggestions?

Thanks David, I did remove the integration and nothing happened. Until 36 hours later and the data is now in Klaviyo. Happy days 🙂

I have a question regarding Klaviyos Predictive AI that I asked on during the strategy session but did not get an adequate reply. Specifically, can I use the Predictive AI “Predicted next purchase date” as a flow trigger when sending a replenishment flow email?My customers reorder anytime between 15 and 70 days so sending out a generic 30 day reminder is losing me potential sales.

How do I make a replenishment flow based on Klaviyo predictive data ?

Thanks for the informations @Brian Turcotte. I have created a repeat flow based on the Expected Date Of Next Order trigger.   Hi Nico,Would you mind sharing how you setup the trigger?I want to use the Estimated Date of Next Order so that I can alert the customer in time so that if they reorder in the days following receipt of the email their delivery should arrive by the EDoNO.Or, am I trying to be toooo clever and should I just trigger the flow on the EDoNO? Thank you in advance. Eamonn
