Dashboard vs performance tab doesn't match

Thanks @David To  Hello @s0lid, To be overly simplistic, both reports are accurate. It would all be a matter of how you want to view the data.  This discrepancy you’re seeing where the placed order value doesn’t match in both the overview dashboard and the performance dashboard relates to how attribution is distributed.  If you haven’t already, I would suggest taking a look at our Understanding Klaviyo message attribution Help Center article, which offers more details on the default attribution model and how it’s distributed.  We also have a callout regarding the performance dashboard in the Klaviyo message attribution in analytics reports section of that same article, which explains the difference in the two reports: The Performance dashboard only looks at attributions within the timeframe you selected for your report. For example, you set up your report to look at conversions in October 2022. However, if you had conversions occur into November from an email you sent in October, it w

Multiple Welcome Series Flows - How to Ensure they are not duplicated

  Thank you for your help. I want to be sure I am entering the fields correctly. For the flow that’s triggered by the pop-up (this flow is called Website Sign Ups), I’ve added the two filters below. For the first filter, is $source the correct field to use? And for the second filter, the “Received Email” filter, I was unsure exactly which entry to use in the “where” field. Do I have it correct below (“where” is Flow, and then “equals” field is Newsletter Emails, which is the name of the flow for the emails that come through Shopify). Or does the “where” field need to be subject and equals be the subject line of my first Welcome flow email. This is where I got thrown off, because both of the first Welcome email messages in my two flows have the same subject line. Thank you for help!  I believe that would work but for me this is how i will create my flow.
