Slightly modify back in stock Modal styling

Hi there,i am using Shopify and i would like to make some slight modifications to the back in stock modal, not a complete custom solution but:Make the heading in bold letters Gray-out the variant dropdown Add letter spacing in the button Change some of the font sizes ideally change the size of the modalIs this doable through some extra variables? if not what’s a good solution? I was hoping there was a designer tool like the sign up forms but it doesn't seem like.

Getting the user email address from a cookie

Hi,This is my first Klaviyo integration.I’m working on a custom integration and trying to extract an email address from the cookie in a user’s browser.  I need the email address so that I can then be sure I am updating the same profile with server side APi calls.In this documenthttps://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034666712-About-Cookies-in-Klaviyoit says that I can retrieve this with the following code: _learnq.identify().$emailThis is returning a jQuery error saying that _learnq.identify is not a function.What am I doing wrong?  Or is there another, better way for a server side API call to identify a user that has been cookied on a previous visit to the site (so the cooie is the only way to identify them)?Cheers,Crac

API - Attribution regarding Placed order event

Hey Klaviyo community, I’m trying to export my data from klaviyo in order to do analytics stuff.Here what i want to achieve :→ Allocate my event “placed_order” to a specific campaign / flow in my Airtable.Klaviyo is connected to my Shopify store.Do you know if there is a way to achieve this ?I dig into the API documentation but nothing helped me. Thanks for your help Thomas.

Legacy form error "invalid email address"

I connected a form to klaviyo using Legacy Forms and for some reason I keep getting “invalid email address” every time I submit the form, but everything looks correct. I’m not sure what’s going on. How can I pass a custom event through a legacy form?

Hi! I’ve hit a bit of a wall with creating a custom event to trigger a email flow. Here’s the situation:We created a Klaviyo Legacy Form to capture customer info. This uses FormData. We used this option because we needed the form to have dynamic hidden fields (based on the user’s answers to a quiz). We would like to create a custom event that sends a “submits form” event to Klaviyo to trigger a flow each time someone submits the form. (Creating a flow that is triggered based on someone being added to a list does not work for our use case, as we want someone to get this email flow if they submit the form multiple times). We’ve been told the best way to create this custom event is through custom API, but this requires a JSON-object to pass the event over. Normally, it would not be a problem to add code to send JSON through FormData, but it appears that Klaviyo views a FormData-object as an endpoint.Based on the information above, does your team have any insight on how to create a custom

How can I export person_id by using their email address?

I am attempting to isolate the PERSON_ID from accounts by using their email address.I can get a ‘1’ response from Identify request, but I cannot see the data in the profileI can see profile data when I use the Profiles API with a known PERSON_ID Essentially, I have a known email address and I want to view the data within that profile.

CORS policy while using Javascript Client

Subscribing user to a list using the API

Hello everybody, I’m integrating a popup for newsletter susbscription on a Prestashop website and I want to send the email registered to the API “list subscription”.I already have an hook which is call after a newsletter subscription and call the “subscribeCustomer” function of the KlaviyoApiWrapper class with params: “email” => customer@mail.com and ‘customerProperties’ => [] The function is succefully called, but the problem is on API call I think, on “subscribeMemberToList” function, i have a request to:url: https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v2/list/(my_list_id)/subscribewith this body: {    "profiles":[        {            "email":"exemple@mymail.com",            "$phone_number":null,            "$first_name":null,            "$last_name":null,            "$source":"PrestaShop",            "$consent":[                "email"                ]        }    ]} And the request return an empty response with the status code 200 (success), but nothing is add on my list. Recharge and Klaviyo integration - what am I missing

Hi folks, scratching my head regarding integration with ReCharge.  Hopefully there is sufficient context in here that people can point out what step I may have missed or done incorrectly.In support docs/instructions, it states that I need to integrate/connect with Klaviyo from Recharge first:This is done and API key accepted.  Nothing shows up in Klaviyo however, and any backfill or sync doesn’t seem to do anything.When I go to see if I can enable the integration from Klaviyo side I get this:Now, this is a very new Klaviyo workspace and I am learning as I go so is it possible that there could be a background setting that needs enabling before this all works?Admin tells me my “Shopify store is connected” in green, however any Shopify sync in integrations seems to be permanently pending (it has stayed like this throughout)Is it the case that Recharge can’t work without the above singing along, or is it (as I suspect) that some background account setting needs to be changed.Hopefully this

Salesforce Cart Integration getting warning and not working

Hello everyone,I'm setting up the integration in Salesforce (SiteGenesis) following the document How to Integrate with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033744951-How-to-Integrate-with-Salesforce - Commerce-Cloud).Everything seems to work correctly, most events are triggered and captured from Klaviyo's side. Except the cart events.According with doc:2. Woocommerce feed only showing Started Cart ?

Hi, new to Klaviyo even though we have been setup for a year.  Woocommerce integration appears to show customers and subscribers, however only “Started Checkout” events are being shown.  We have no data on placed orders or any of the other events. Have tried looking for a solution, so any help is appreciated.ThanksRoss

API notifications for email delivery

I have a web app where I would like to show a list for each user of the emails they have received from Klaviyo. To track those emails, I was hoping to find webhook support in the API so my app could be notified when the emails are delivered, but I don’t see that. If I want to know which emails have been sent, do I need to poll one of the endpoints? I see that there are endpoints for metrics and that they can be treated as events, but it’s not clear what metrics are available or if they include email delivery. Maybe there is some way to track this through the email delivery mechanism? Thanks!

Can we use REST APIs to get all Segments?

We are trying to fetch list of all the `Lists` and `Segments` we have and then fetch members in all the `Lists` and `Segments` using the `Group` API. We are able to do this successfully for `Lists`, we couldn’t find any API to GET details of all our `Segments`.Is there any way we can achieve this?Or is there any way we can directly get list of all Members in all `Lists` and `Segments`?

How to subscribe to a list via webhook

Hello, I am trying to subscribe users to a Klaviyo list by sending data to the API via webhook. I think the issue is in the payload, but I’m not sure exactly what it should look like. I’m fairly confident I have the endpoint right, and I have set this up with other email marketing platforms so I know the source of the webhook works. I’m hoping someone can show me an example or a template of what my payload should look like - it just needs to send first name and email address to the list.

WooCommerce integration's periodic sync has failed

We got an error message from Klaviyo saying that our WooCommerce integration's periodic sync has failed. Our data from WooCommerce has stopped updating, which means that our flows are not being triggered.Has anyone else experienced this? And what did you do to fix it? Any ideas as to what causes this?(We have contacted Klaviyo support as directed by the error message, but they’ve informed us that they are slow and suggested we ask the Community in the meantime.)

Trigger Flow

Hi, I’ve got a question regarding Klaviyo flowsI’ve got a store where you have the option to send a gift to a customer by adding their email address.What I’m doing now using the Klaviyo API is to add the member to a specific list and send an email when the user is subscribed to the list.My problem is that if a gift is send to the same email address the flow isn’t triggering and it doesn’t send the email to that user. It is possible to create a flow where an email is send if the user is resubscribing to a list ?
