Email not show images in iphone Gmail app

I send an email it will never download the images in Gmail, it show "Display images" button. How to fix it?This is why I have some speculations that I would like to discuss with you.1. My shopify store(https://www.sofary.com) the Sender email is "support@sofary.com", but this email sender is "marketing@sofary.com".2. I tested emails from Amazon/shein and other stores and they can display pictures normally. Is it a configuration problem with shopify or klaviyo?

Set up a flow for those who complete a form

Hi,I have a number of forms on my website. One is where customers can enter their email and they receive access to a free PDF. I want to follow these people up where they receive an email offer from me a week after filling in this form. All my forms go to one main list (newsletter) so I am having difficulty knowing what to do next. I looked at flow but couldn’t work out what parameters I would need to use. Any help would be appreciated.

How do I get all my profiles to one list?

I have one main list in my account.Almost half my profiles are not on this list.  They are on no list. I want everyone to be on one list. The only sources of profiles in my account are a signup form on my website and the profiles I imported when I switched from our previous email software and joined klaviyo.  How do i get everyone on the main list?

Segment behaviour - automatically removing someone from a segment

Hi I can’t seem to find an answer to this, so reaching out for some help. I have created a segment which people are added to once they have spent $500. They then enter a flow and receive an email with a coupon. What I can’t work out is how to automatically remove them from the segment once the email has sent so that they will go back in when they have spent a further $500, to receive another coupon. Appreciate any advice, thank you

First welcome email questionnaire

We want to gather more data for our subscribers to enhance their profiles and allow us to improve our segmentation. I'd like to email them with a link to a short survey and merge the data we capture into their Klaviyo profile. Can anyone suggest a cheap or free tool I can use to do this?  One colleague has suggested hosting the survey on a web page using a new Klaviyo embed form created specifically for this. But if we did that, how would we merge the data we gather into the existing subscriber profiles?

Make Automation - How to add to add user who filled out a jotform to a Klaviyo Segment

I have a jot form which users are filling out information which is then put into a Make automation, at the end of the automation, I would like the person who filled out the form to be placed into a Klaviyo segment. How do I do this? I can’t create a segment without selecting a condition. I can’t just create a new list without having subscribers. Please help. If this is a job that I need to pay someone for,  I am willing because I have been at this for two days and I am no closer to a solution than when I first started.

Turning a custom property into a first name property

Hi Klaviyo community!I’ve a problem with the Typeform and Klaviyo integration. Typeform is syncing the first name property collected in Typeform as an custom property in Klaviyo.How can i set up a flow to convert the custom property into the first name property in klaviyo?

Why did my flow not send after I back-populated?

Some background information, created a segment (backpoulate) with users who is in Newletters before Feb 28 I did “Schedule for each step relative to the date someone was added to my list/segment” Does it usually take this long for the flow to backpopulate? I checked the flow history and it says I backpopulated it.

Trigger flow: Filled out form

The screenshot below is from Klaviyo’s website. As you can see the trigger is: “Filled out form”. I’m now creating a form but I can’t seem to find this option to trigger a flow when someone filled out a form. How does this work? Thanks.
