I send an email it will never download the images in Gmail, it show "Display images" button. How to fix it?

This is why I have some speculations that I would like to discuss with you.

1. My shopify store(https://www.sofary.com) the Sender email is "support@sofary.com", but this email sender is "marketing@sofary.com".

2. I tested emails from Amazon/shein and other stores and they can display pictures normally. Is it a configuration problem with shopify or klaviyo?
