Back-populating Flows When Adding New Action

Hi,We added a (a) timing [90 days] and (b) action [email] to the end of a flow. I have a question regarding back-populating those who were in the flow but have by now exited (because these new steps weren't there originally).I see from the how-to that this should be possible:  You do not need to back-populate if you add a new message to the end of a flow (or a single path) and want those currently moving down that path to receive that message. You would only need to back-populate to send to those who have either exited the flow or continued past the point of the new message.  This is exactly what we need to do.But, when I go to the how-to on back-populating for list-triggered flows, from the two options it's not clear which accomplish the above in bold: The first option is similar to back-populating metric-triggered flows; it schedules recipients for the step they would be at if the flow was live when they joined your list or segment. Abandon Cart Email Template

Hi, we're bringing back our abandon cart flows to Klaviyo (we were previously doing them through an agency partner) and I'm curious is if there's a way to edit the standard Klaviyo abandon cart flow in the new editor.The reason I ask is because we are on Shopify and I read the Klaviyo documentation that says rebuilding the dynamic content block for abandoned carts is very difficult: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002779411-How-to-create-an-abandoned-cart-flowBut the saved block doesn't show up in the new editor.Is there a way around that or another way of doing it?Thank you!

Merge Fields & Okendo Review Body

Hi, TGIF!This may be a little ambitious but I figured I'd ask…We integrated Okendo and Klaviyo, and I'm exploring how we can fully leverage the integration. I was curious if we could pull the user's review body into a follow-up upsell email.The upsell email is easy enough. I have a segment of people who bought X product, have not purchased the upsell, and gave X product either a 4 or a 5 star review.Is there a merge tag that would be able to pull the Review Body into the body of the email? This is what the data fields under Created Okendo Review look like:  Thank you!Jonathan

Changing Time Delays "Mid-Flow"

 Hi,  Above is a screenshot of a flow I'm building for a customer survey we'd like to launch.The functionality is meant to allow us to gauge the success of the email against half of the survey population. That way we can update the email/campaign for the other half.I created a time delay of 30 days to keep people not in the split in the flow. However, we may not necessarily want to wait the full 30 days if the first half is successful.If I changed that to 1 day after the flow is turned on, will everyone caught in that time delay be moved on after 1 day?Thank you!

Can I trigger a different email from a different pop-up variation?

I'd like to A/B test the same pop-up design with a variation in the messaging: free shipping v. 10% off.Can I set up the flow to segment between pop-up variant A and variant B to send a different email depending on which pop-up you were served?Thank you, Jonathan

Editing a Live Flow

Hi, I have a review request flow where we have been testing 45- vs.  60-days-after-purchase delivery. We did this through a conditional split, where 50% were sent the review request email when triggered by Okendo after 45 days and where the other 50% have a 15-day delay.We would like to update the flow to send 100% of traffic down the 45-day branch. I know this is as easy as updating the conditional split to send 100% of traffic down the 45-day branch, but will updating the flow disrupt the existing email flow? Will people in the 15-day delay branch still receive their emails?Thank you!

Klaviyo Event Tracking, Form Opened, & Bounce Rates

Hi,We are seeing a pretty drastic reduction in bounce rates and it's been a challenge to find the culprit.  Originally, I thought the issue was with another third-party vendor as it aligns with when they started to collect data.  However, when I asked them they brought my attention to a Klaviyo event that's firing on our site.Their screenshot:  I have the Klaviyo form listener event set up on GTM, but this was implemented March 29th. I am wondering if something changed regarding the form listener script around April 27th? Thank you,Jonathan

We'd like to track what URL a form was submitted on so that we can segment our newsletter flow based on which, for example, blog they read.Would this be possible?Thank you!
