SMS source code issue

Hey everyone!I’ve followed the guide https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035056972-Guide-to-Collecting-SMS-ConsentI’m making a text box and I’ve followed the GIF instructions with the following code<p style="text-align: center;"><a href="sms:+1%20<(844)933-4127>?&body=Send%20this%20text%20to%20subscribe%20to%20SMS%20Updates!%20%28ref:JOIN%29">Text JOIN to (844) 933-4127</a></p> As you can see it’s looking fine, but the ‘To’ section when I actually click the message it looks wrong.I am based in Australia, so I’m wondering whether it’s because of that, a code mistake, and if someone based in the US would see an actual number instead of +1<Also, with this source code would I be able to create this into a button? Just for appearances and better CTA clicking, I imagine.Thanks heaps in advance :)Michael

Adding email preferences into a welcome flow?

Hi!I’m doing my welcome series flow and following the suggestions that the first email should be based around gathering information about our users email preferences and what they want to hear about.I don’t exactly know the next steps in doing this. I have a popup ready on the website that will add them to the list and activate the flow. Is it a matter of creating different tags?For example I’m trying to have options for Sales, blog posts, all emails, new releases as some of the sign up options. Under the different tags and properties I don’t know how to add these in a way I can use this data to send targeted emails and give subscribers what they want.Any directions or help is greatly appreciated! Sorry if this has been asked I couldn’t find an answer.

Running a pre vs new customer revenue report

Hi!We’re trying to run a report seeing the total revenue for email from the last 30-60 days.I’ve run it as below, but can’t figure out how to filter by customer new vs returning.Is it a matter of creating a segment with a customer property to have that filter option?Thanks!

Yet another birthday property question

Hi!I’ve read through the other responses here about setting up birthday flows, but I’m still lost to be honest.I’ve created a signup form, formatted MM/DD with the profile property ‘birthdate’Same again for the hidden field birthdate MM/DD. For whatever reason it’s not saving  this as a property (it’s formatted with the date block and not a text block so it isn’t that).What am I doing wrong? When I go to start the flow I can’t find the ‘birthdate’ trigger I’ve made.Any help appreciated!Michael

Klaviyo + Shopify tag integration

Hi!I’m trying to figure out how to export a list from Klaviyo into Shopify in order to tag the customers. I know I can do it the reverse way into Klaviyo.Is it possible to do it in reverse?For example, I’m trying to update all the profiles in my Shopify customer list with the custom field from a klaviyo segment: Tag: Club level = MemberIf I do this as a csv and import it into Shopify it just makes new customers without updating the current ones. Thanks,Michael

Difficulty creating a preferences segment.

 Either everyone qualifies, or no one qualifies.On signup they can click on their preferences which addsa custom property to their profile - receiving emails twice a week, one a week, or once a month.The other option is to choose the content they wish to receive: sales and promotions, new products, blog posts.I'm trying to create a segment of people in the main emailing listwho haven't let us know how frequently they want to receive emailsor the type of emails.If I create the segment saying “Is not set” or contains “xxx” (listing all the possible choices) it’s either empty, or full. Trying to figure out how I can send an email or target the people who haven’t yet updated their preferences as it’s important to me to improve our open rates (which are slipping).

Error with popup and signup sheets?

Hi:I’ve attached some images, it seems like my popups are sending the subscribers to the right list butonly ½ of them actually manage to get to the list place?My settings make me think that they click the popup, get an email, double opt in and are then added to the list. Not sure what i’ve done wrong...
