Questino on RPR and how to use it in real example

Yes I read https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034724572-How-to-Use-Revenue-per-Recipient-Benchmarks-to-Plan-Sales-Performance#overview0 My question is how to plan each month and leverage discounts, in the documents, it was not explaning enough, could someone elaborate?For example if my RPR for my campaign is $1.0, what does that mean to my discount strategy? How much discount can I give? A detailed example will be very helpful ThxR

Will a "all-picture" email go to trash?

Hi, I come across an article on klaviyo saying I shouldn’t use all pictures email, because they will go to Spam fold. Can someone on the Klaviyo team clarify if that’s true?I usually have my design team to design everything in photos and drag and drop them. If that is the case, then I will have to reconsider the strategy BestR

Best way to segment people in a flow/campaign

Hi,What’s the best way to segment people in a flow? I want to add one email in my welcome flow message, having people to choose which category they are most interested in, so that later I can send them more personalized message. For example, duvet covers/ sheets/ pillows/etc.What I am currently thinking is to make each option into a photo and using  property update function to link to each one click. The only concern I have is what if people choose more than one categories of interest. Would it overwrite?Let me know your recommendation or best practices, and thanks Klaviyo community as always R

Question on campaign attribution

How does Klaviyo determine which sales come from which campaign? What is the attribution model for this?I am looking at this campaign which I sent on the fourteenth, and I saw the most recent purchase from that campaign was on Friday. Does that mean that customer opened that email and went to shop? Can someone give a brief explanation on how sales are attributed to different campaign? Especially when there are a lot of campaign going on, how to tell which is which?

How to use your EDM stats to convince your boss giving you more assets and resources!?

Ok this is a real situation. To not bore you with all the background details, I will explain in a shorter manner. After a few weeks of sending, right now the revenue generated by EDM is close to 40%(36% by flow, 4% by campaign), but because our shopify store overall is only making a few thousandss a week. So the percentage wise might look great but on the other side, the total revenue just not enough. I need more traffic to make this retention machine to generate more revenue I want to use some of the stats to go to the boss and say :” These are the reason why we need increase ad spends or budget on our website!” Question: What will these stats or number be?

Need help with sending out my first campaign

I am sending out my first campaign. I need some suggestion on which segment to send to.  Since I previously used mailchimp, and that’s why most of the audience haven’t received any email from klaviyo. I want to know if it’s ok to send to this main segment?

Question about opt-in rate

Hi All, few questionsWhy is it showing 350 forms submitted while my welcome flow only sending out 56? I checked that the list is correct, and the flow is active. Right now my guess will be because the list is set to be double opt-in.  if it really is the problem of double opt-in, should I switch it to single opt-in? is there a way to increase people who truly opt-in?
