We are replatforming a client from Salesforce CC to Shopify. Item SKUs will stay the same, but of course product IDs and URLs will change. They do have notify me when back in stock flows set up for Salesforce now.
Questions:
- Once we set up the Shopify integration and sync inventory, and before disconnecting SF from Klaviyo, will current BIS customers be notified of changes in Shopify inventory for the same SKUs? Or will they only be notified when SF inventory changes.
- Once SF is disconnected from Klaviyo, will current BIS records need to be remapped? If so how is that done?
