we don’t have multiple accounts with Klaviyo .. however receiving this message.

“There is a maximum of one sending subdomain per domain level. For more help, please contact Klaviyo support.” when we click Activate.

Why would we be receiving this message when we don’t have multiple, and records have been verified..?

Hi @Brookedj !

Jumping in for Byrne here - so this error typically means that you have another account with the same domain but a different branded sending domain. I was able to find another account where the branded sending domain is set as ‘send.amiracollective.com’ which would cause this error.

To resolve this, you will either need to remove the branded sending domain from your other account, or use the same exact branded sending domain in your new account. So rather than using ‘email.amiracollective.com’ you would need to use ‘send.amiracollective.com’.

Let me know if you have any additional questions!

Hey @Brookedj,

It’s likely you’re seeing these issues because you have a couple extra TXT records you don’t need. Can you try deleting the email.amiracollective.com and the email._dmarc.amiracollective.com TXT records? The reason is because you already have a TXT record for _dmarc.amiracollective.com and amiracollective.com. You don’t need to add the branded sending domains to the root domains in the TXT records.

The box in the screenshot below shows which records can be deleted. Let me know if verifying your domain works after you do this!
