Can I use free Klaviyo ONLY for pop-ups and not get charged for profiles?

I received an email saying my account is nearing the 250 email profile limit, and I will be billed for overages. A developer signed me up for klaviyo specifically to use the coupon pop-ups and I don’t use it to send emails. Is there any way to keep the free plan and use the popups for acquiring new customer emails (create an account for a discount coupon popup), but not have to upgrade to a paid account or get billed for profiles? Thanks for any insight.

Yes, you can use a free Klaviyo account to serve web forms (pop-ups, banners etc). However, to remain on the free plan, you will need to keep your active profiles (subscribed + never subscribed) below the plan's 250 active profile limit.

Forms are only a tiny part of Klaviyo’s capabilities, so I would suggest you explore adding flows, even if only for form submissions and on a free plan - though there’s so much more flows can do for your business!
