I added a branded sending domain and successfully updated the DNS records. Klaviyo sent me a notification stating that the domain was verified and available for activation. However, when I clicked the "Activate your domain" link, the page simply refreshed and nothing happened.
 


Even after waiting for several hours, the domain still didn't appear under "Settings" → "Domains." When I tried to add the same domain again, I received an error message:
"This branded sending domain already exists and has a routing type of dynamic. Please change the routing type to dynamic or use a different sending domain."
 


Should I continue waiting, or did something go wrong with the setup process?

Do you know if you have another Klaviyo account using the same domain as a branded sending domain? Also, does your domain currently have any other DNS records that you’re not using, that may be interfering with the domain verification? There’s also a chance that nothing is technically wrong, and the domain is just taking some time to verify. While verification usually takes minutes, we’ve seen rare cases where a branded sending domain is successfully verified after a couple days.
