Flow not sending

Hi All

Ive set up a flow as follows

  1. Profiles added to a list                  Added 11/1/26
  2. Wait 1 day (1st email sends)        Sent 12/1/26
  3. Wait 4 days (2nd email sends)     Should have sent 16/1/26

The 2nd email hasnt been sent though and I can’t see why. Is there a way a newbie can check this at all>#

@ScousePeanut could you please inform us where you are getting these stats.  When you are navigating through the flow editor are you clicking on the email and then on the Performance tab clicking View Details which opens a page with URL like this:

 https://www.klaviyo.com/flow/message/<message id>/reports/overview

There if you click “Recipient activity” you should see what occurred with the recipients like screenshot below shows:

Hi ​@ScousePeanut,

A couple of quick things to check here — this usually comes down to flow status or filters.

First, make sure the second email is set to Live, not Draft or Manual. Even if the first email sent, the next one won’t go out unless each message is live.

Next, click into the Flow Analytics and look at the profile path. This will show whether people are:

  • Still waiting

  • Being skipped

  • Or getting filtered out

Common reasons the 2nd email doesn’t send:

  • A flow filter (or conditional split) excludes them after the first email

  • They unsubscribed or suppressed before day 4

  • The wait time hasn’t fully elapsed yet due to time-of-day sending settings

Flow Analytics is the best “newbie-friendly” place to see exactly where profiles are stopping.
