Hi all, what delay do you recommend between the first and second welcome email? Thanks.

Hi @klanaly1! A pretty common starting point is around 2 to 3 days between the first and second welcome email.

That usually gives someone enough time to engage with the first message without making the series feel too spread out. If your first email includes a discount or a strong next step, I’d usually lean closer to 2 days.
