Profile properties: Cancellation reason

When a customer cancels a product subscription, I'm seeing a cancellation reason on their profile properties. But I don't know how those properties are being added. I haven't sent any such emails that captures cancellation reason.. We use ReCharge to manage subscription.

Hey ​@suyogp, it looks like this is something that Recharge syncs over for you from a quick look at their guide - https://support.getrecharge.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008830333-Customer-cancellation-and-retention-strategies

It seems like customers can optionally include a reason for why they’re canceling. You can customize the cancellation flow from your Recharge settings as described in that doc.
