Have anyone exerpienced this before?

The DNS records couldn’t be created as domain sendgrid.net couldn’t be found in UltraDNS

My hosts wont enable the DNS records for our domain for dedicated sending, is there a way around this?

    Hi @GavinW

We have an awesome an awesome help center document explaining potential troubleshooting for dedicated sending domain issues. In my experience, this issue tends to pop up if the CNAME records that are applied to their DNS are incorrect or have a spelling typo. I’d recommend combing through your CNAME records again to ensure there are no errors, added or missing spaces or letter and connecting with your own internal IT/administrators to ensure all your data and records for this are correct!

Finally I’d check out these Community topics for further insight!
