Hi,

I’m new to Klaviyo. I’d like to know if it’s possible to set up the following:

User clicks on PPC Ad

User lands on our PPC landing page

User clicks on a product link

User arrives on our product page

User shows intent to exit

We show a tailored exit intent lightbox just for that user

I believe that to do this a specific UTM needs to be added to the PPC page url but Im not sure if that’s possible within Klaviyo?

Hi there @TML,

Welcome to the Community and to the Klaviyo product.

Do you want the form to be presented on a certain page? This can be accomplished by entering the Edit portion of your form and navigating to Behaviors. From there, you can select which URLs you'd like the form to be shown.

We also have an article regarding form targeting and display behaviors that goes more in depth to this.

If you choose multiple delays, all must be satisfied in order for the form to appear. For example, if you select exit intent and set the form to display after someone scrolls midway through the page, a visitor needs to complete both actions (scrolling halfway down the page, then showing exit intent) in order for the form to appear.

Hopefully this helped,
